Join MATERIA srl as a Senior Buyer!MATERIA srl, a leader in digital printing, setups, and advertising services, is seeking a Senior Buyer to make a direct impact on production efficiency and project quality. Key responsibilities include:Strategic procurement management: Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring materials meet timing, budget, and quality standards.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Production Manager, Technical Office, and Project Managers to define technical specifications and order timelines.Supplier research and selection: Identify and evaluate new partners domestically and internationally, negotiating favorable terms.Supplier visits: Travel to verify production quality, delivery capacity, and material suitability.Quality control and compliance: Supervise quality standards, manage non-conformities, and handle technical and contractual documentation.Budget monitoring and cost optimization: Control expenditure flows and propose corrective actions for savings and sustainability.Documentation management: Prepare and archive supply contracts, NDAs, and other legal/technical documents.Requirements:Diploma or DegreeAt least 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in setups, retail, or eventsExcellent skills in Office, especially ExcelIntegrity, reliability, and confidentiality handling significant budgets and sensitive dataProven ability to scout suppliers domestically and internationallyStrategic thinking and complex negotiation skillsProactive networking and scouting abilitiesFluent in English (written and spoken)Technical skills in analyzing offers, managing legal documents, and using planning toolsThe ideal candidate is: goal-oriented, precise, organized, willing to travel, flexible, and proactive.What we offer: Permanent contract, competitive package, dynamic environment, and growth opportunities.All personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR 2016/679.
