Instrumentation Engineer Make a Measurable Impact in a Global Leader
This is your opportunity to step into a key engineering role with a company leading the charge in nitrogen fertilizers, melamine, and renewable ammonia.
You''ll play a pivotal part in supporting three plant units, leading instrumentation initiatives across design, maintenance, and project execution. Expect variety, technical depth, and the chance to influence large-scale CAPEX projects from scoping to delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure technical integrity and availability of all instrumentation systems
- Define and lead preventive maintenance strategies and compliance with inspection regulations
- Scope, justify, and deliver upgrade/replacement projects (CAPEX) independently
- Troubleshoot complex failures and support second-line maintenance issues
- Participate in root cause analyses, HAZOP reviews, and MOC committees
- Drive multidisciplinary instrumentation projects with shifting priorities
What you bring:
- A Bachelors or Masters in Instrumentation Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in instrumentation, ideally within the chemical industry
- Proven expertise in both maintenance and operational environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Dutch and Englishor a willingness to learn quickly
