About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager who is responsible for managing our Microsoft Azure & 365 environment and managing our IT Support Desk Team of 3 FTEs based in different countries within the EU.
You have a result driven and hands-on mentality, is pro-active and finds it a challenge to optimize and lead your IT Support Desk Team by example. With your (project) management and leading skill you find ways to reduce the time to fix and lower the incidents by performing root cause analysis. You use your analytic skills to manage through KPIs, setting up policies and procedures.
You work together with other IT departments, business divisions and external suppliers. You are the Senior specialist who can create a solid enterprise foundation from fragmented Microsoft environments that were inherited from the different take-overs. You know how to setup Technical IT policies, structure, documentation, on and offboarding procedures. Knows the standard topology of Networking to talk with and understand Network specialists. You are up to date on the latest Microsoft security developments and is used to take the technical lead to build and configure a solid enterprise foundation ready for the future. You are reporting directly to the Group IT Director.
As nLighten is a fast-growing company where the IT department is in the process of being setup you are comfortable to work hands-on to take on all tasks that are related to IT, including Support Desk tasks, workplace management (installing hardware). In short: you are a pro-active builder thats comfortable of doing things him/herself in the interest of the organisation.
