YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE
As a Product Merchandising Intern within the European eCommerce business, you will be part of the Merchandising Operations & Personalization Team. This team plays a key role in driving accurate product availability, and leading the product personalization process for eCom Europe. The team works closely with other Product Merchandising teams, Platform Operations, Digital Operations, Demand Planning, Deployment, Supply Chain and Personalization Ecom Logistics and is involved in Hype launches, S4 Operations and Licensed Personalization contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN
- Assisting with product personalization article set up and flocking material forecast.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, data files and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Assisting in the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of availability management and personalization processes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to product merchandising, analytics, digital operation, customer experience and supply chain.
- Develop skills such as eCommerce operations and product availability management, data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance tracking, communication, stakeholder management, process improvement and optimization.
- Build confidence working in an international team.
- Gain exposure to AI-powered tools.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship.
- Studying Business, eCommerce, Digital, Communications or similar.
- Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027.
- Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
- Motivated to learn, curious and open to feedback.
- Interest in sports, fashion, analytics and AI.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS
- Start Date – End Date: Feb 1st – July 31st
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)
- Contract type: Internship (student status required throughout)
- Holidays: 10 days during the internship
- Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Transportation costs: Covered by adidas
