Supply chainAs a Supply Chain consultant at Intys, you assist our customers in optimizing and designing logistic flows, drive improvement of production capacity and generate transport and inventory cost reduction. You also conduct forecasting processes as well as coordinate demand and production planning in order to optimize delivery and distribution network.For example, you could be responsible for:- Finding out a solution to gain a consolidated view of the production plan and to highlight long term supply issues- Measuring the gaps through a thorough analysis of the existing processes and tools and the business requirements- Designing and implementing new customised tools and procedures- Supporting the client in a program to gather information on working hours and to implement actual costing for thousands of workers located in several production sites across the country**Purchasing**As a Purchasing consultant at Intys, you assist customers in developing their purchasing strategy and sourcing activities through an improved suppliers management. You conduct various activities related to cost savings processes such as benchmarking of suppliers, negotiation and cost analysis.For example, you could be responsible for:- Minimising supply shortages to its automotive clients while maintaining clients industry leading quality standards- Creating a risk management strategy for the products impacted by the crises situation which triggered a mission- Developing purchasing tactics and negotiating frame agreements via tender processes to be in line with the corporate purchasing strategy- Integrating the purchasing controlling to support budget and process controlling and initiate continuous improvement initiatives- Making a thorough as-is analysis and developing a strategy to optimize as well the processes of purchasing trainings
