Were currently looking for a Technical Project Consultant to support and oversee transversal projects across different plants in Turin , for a major player in the automotive industry.
🎯 Mission Overview:
- Manage and monitor several cross-functional projects (involving different vehicle production lines)
- Work closely with various teams:
Quality, Production, Safety, etc. - Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Help identify and improve cost-related factors (labor costs, operational inefficiencies, etc.)
- Consolidate and challenge teams to extract key data and actionable insights
- Structure reporting and present progress clearly and effectively
🧩 Profile Were Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project or operations management
- Background in automotive or complex production environments (a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (core tools for reporting and tracking)
- Fluent in English (working with diverse teams across sites)
- Strong communication and leadership skills ability to challenge teams constructively
- Energetic, hands-on, and pragmatic mindset
