We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Junior to Mid-Level Developer (m/f/x)to join our international team within VOQUZ Labs and develop modern applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). This role involves working with cloud-native tools and services, integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems, and building scalable, user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Integration Suite)
- Collaborate with functional consultants, product owners, and other developers
- Integrate with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA) using APIs, OData, or BTP connectivity tools
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Use DevOps tools available in SAP BTP for CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 14 years of software development experience
- Solid experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js
- Understanding of RESTful servicesand OAuth2
- Exposure to SAP UI5, Fiori Elements or SAP Build Apps
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or ideally SAP BTP)
- Willingness to work with SAP-specific technologies(CAP, UI5, CDS, etc.)
- Fluent in English (C1 Level) and any other additional foreign language is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, result oriented and with limited supervision in a fast-paced international environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Event Mesh or SAP Business Application Studio
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, OData services or ABAP RESTful programming model
- Practical experience with Python(optional but useful)
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
