For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Specialist, Production Scheduling
(we are looking for several candidates)
Responsibilities in this role:
- Creation of short and long-term production plans guaranteeing timely realization of orders based on orders and sales forecasts.
- Verifying the availability of resources, both human and raw material, needed for effective production planning.
- Supervising the timely execution of production plans and ongoing updating of production schedules.
- Managing and updating data in systems supporting production management.
- Performing analyses, reports, and compilations necessary for optimal production planning.
- Liaising with production, purchasing and logistics, sales and marketing departments to receive information on orders.
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary education (preferably higher education, majored in economics, mathematics, statistics, logistics).
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2.
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel (advanced excel skills, intermediate is a minimum).
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to cooperate in a team.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systematic approach to work and commitment to deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of ERP systems will be an asset.
