She/he will collaborate with internal customers and externalstakeholders to generate valuable outcomes on business processesand data. She/he will act as project manager by leading theanalysis, the harmonization, the improvement, the implementationand the monitoring of solid business processes. She/he will insurethe awareness and application of the processes in local entities byregular assessments. For data governance, she/he will contribute tothe data strategy, develop the culture of data, ensure the quality,optimize and support business and regulatory reporting incoordination with ICT Department. She/he will support thedigitalization, automation and IA related applications. In thisrole, She/he contribute to improve the service quality and internal& external customer experiences/satisfaction and align businessprocesses and data governance initiatives in coordination withother departments (business functions, ICT, Compliance, Risk &Permanent Control, etc.). She/he will act as a liaison betweenbusiness units and ICT for data governance-related projects. KeyDuties & Responsibilities Business Process Management: -Analyze, design, harmonize and improve business processes toenhance operational efficiency. - Insure process harmonizationamong entities. - Develop process documentation, workflows, andstandard operating procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to implement process improvements. - Generate and analyzeKPIs, KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), and KCIs (Key Control Indicators)for measuring business process effectiveness. - Identify automationopportunities and leverage technology to streamline processes. DataGovernance: - Lead projects especially the ones related with data(business and regulatory reportings, Datawarehouse,). - Developand enforce data governance policies and procedures. - Establishdata quality metrics and monitor data integrity across systems. -Facilitate the development & implementation of Data protection,data quality/ethics standards across the company from a businessperspective. - Act as the data stewardship (accessibility,trustworthiness, usability and security). - Is the referent forbusiness and regulatory reporting (GDPR, CSRD). - Trigger, supportand guide the initiatives towards digitalization, automation and IArelated. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations andindustry standards. - Work with ICT and business teams to maintaindata accuracy and consistency. - Provide training and guidance ondata management best practices. - Identify risks related to processinefficiencies and data inaccuracies, proposing mitigationstrategies in coordination with internal departments. - Contributewith Audit team on assessments to evaluate governanceeffectiveness. Requirements - Master''s degree in a technicaldiscipline such as Computer Science, data Science, Engineering,Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. - Significant experience (5years) in similar position in (Full Service) Leasing industry in aninternational environment is required. - Operational experience inproject management. - Experience with data management tools andworkflow automation platforms. - Proficiency in data governanceframeworks, regulatory requirements, and digital innovation. -Experience in matrix organization with customer (internal &external) satisfaction orientation. - Capacity to work autonomouslywith a tactical view. - Strong propensity for teamwork,interpersonal relationships, and user support. - Strong knowledgeof process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). -Excellent time management and work organization skills. - Highcapacity to adapt to change and embrace new challenges. - Strongproblem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and"outside the box. - High level of concentration and meticulousattention to detail. - Innovative and risk-based thinking approachto problem solving. - Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English. - French will be considered as aplus.
