Your future team:
The experimented junior will support our Audit Delivery Center team based in Luxembourg by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our Audit & Assurance teams and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge:
- Project management : Track key performance indicators for our department and provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting for the ADC Team. Contribute to identification of industry KPI related to delivery centers and Maintain organized documentation
- Communication : Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and Audit Delivery Centers and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure achieving milestones. Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations
- Contribute to the evaluation of the service provided by Delivery centers by collecting and following the feedbacks on a regular basis
- Training : Provide training and support to A&A population and Delivery center members
Your skills:
- First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
- Be adaptable to the change
- strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
- capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
- Innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations
- strong IT proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- good command of English
