The Investor Relations team
The investor relations team is responsible for marketing and fundraising initiatives, investor reporting and communication between all stakeholders. This entails ongoing engagement with existing and prospective institutional investors, monitoring and providing insights and analysis about ILX and the global development finance asset class.
As a team, we thrive on collaboration, curiosity, and managing a large-scale portfolio of highly impactful private credit investments. We love to drive the efficient end-to-end investor engagement process, from identifying prospects to building long-term partnerships. We support each other in building the ILX brand further.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Investor Relations Officer who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment where there is ample room for initiative and where strong interpersonal and analytical skills are highly valued.
In collaboration with the overall Investor Relations team, you will help expand our capital-raising efforts across the Netherlands and the rest of the world. In this proactive role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing institutional investors.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of the ILX investor relations function, with a diverse range of responsibilities including business origination, investor reporting, process optimization and new product design. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ILXs ambitious growth plan, driving the next stage of our investor engagement building the existing strong ILX brand.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, with a focus on the Netherlands and on building trust through consistent, knowledgeable and transparent communication.
Coordinate and prepare presentations and communications including investor reports, investment case studies, fund and market performance analytics including data analysis.
Coordinates due diligence activities, including data preparation, responding to investor questionnaires, and overseeing operational reviews.
You will work closely with the investment, finance, sustainability, legal & compliance teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements and investor obligations are met.
The Investor Relations team is supported by the ILX senior management team, including the Management Board, in the overall relationship management with the current and prospective investors.
Master''s degree in economics, finance, or a related subject;
Around 5 years relevant work experience in an institutional investor relations, business development, or client-facing role in asset management, or banking;
You have experience in working with Dutch and other European pension funds and institutional investors;
Experience in advanced, data-driven investor reporting.
Exhibit resilience by maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach during challenging situations, quickly adapting to changes, and consistently overcoming obstacles to meet investor expectations and ILX goals;
Demonstrates strong business acumen by proactively identifying investor needs, providing tailored solutions, and effectively navigating complex investor relationships to drive long-term capital growth;
You communicate clear and concise, and you have the ability to present complex financial information in a structured and understandable way. Analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify key trends, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve investor relations outcomes;
Fluent written and spoken in Dutch and English;
Advanced Powerpoint, Excel & Power BI skills.
