To expand our presence in a new market and explore new sectors, we are seeking a Country Sales Manager! The main challenge for this role is to grow local business activities by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves developing and growing the sales team.Your Responsibilities:Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.Cultivate strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting satisfaction.Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and expanding your portfolio.Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.Participate in industry-related business events for business development.Your Profile:7 years of experience in a similar role.Ability to sell SaaS solutions.Knowledge of the retail and/or digital sectors.Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.Proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English.What We Offer:Your compensation package includes:An attractive base salary.Unlimited commissions, paid monthly per sale.An annual bonus.The position is based in Milan, Italy, and offers a permanent contract.About Equadis:Equadis is an international, multi-market expert in Data Management solutions for brands and retailers, including physical and e-commerce sectors.
