Area Sales Manager - BELUX
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth of dental equipment across Belgium and Luxembourg through our network of distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental equipment sales, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BELUX region.
- Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners, ensuring optimal performance and market penetration.
- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand coverage in key markets.
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive demand generation and promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in dental equipment, selling via distributors.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and managing indirect & direct sales channels.
- Strong network within the Belgian & European dental industry.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (mandatory); French is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within BELUX.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
