We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for a client company to lead the planning, development, installation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. This role ensures that all installations operate efficiently, meeting production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.Planning, Design & Development of Machinery and InstallationsDevelop and manage the budget and investment plan for engineering projects.Assign and coordinate project responsibilities within the engineering team.Oversee the design, implementation, and follow-up of projects to align with production schedules.Manage technical documentation and archives for new equipment and modifications.Prepare and oversee the annual budget and MBP Capex list.Manage fund approvals and ensure Capex tool updates.Monitor Capex-related KPIs, including expenditure tracking, approval status, and purchase orders.Plan and coordinate new machinery installations, managing internal resources and external contractors.Foster and promote key cultural values within the Engineering & Maintenance team, including : Kaizen Spirit, Safety First, Open & Direct CommunicationDegree : Engineering (High Degree required)5+ years in engineering roles3+ years in management positionsAdvanced knowledge of installation design, project management, and safety policiesExpertise in electricity, electronics, mechanics, and hydraulicsDeep understanding of production processes, machinery, and plant installationsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)RAL : 45K 50K#J-18808-Ljbffr
