Job Description
1. Responsible for organizing the research and analysis of localized supplier resources in Europe, and formulating localized procurement plans;
3. Responsible for the evaluation of the quality and cost of local supplier resources in Europe, and promote supplier bidding, bargaining, contract signing and management;
4. Responsible for organizing the formulation, tracking and promotion of the procurement schedule and fixed-point plan of each component of the project, and supervising the implementation;
5. Responsible for organizing overseas project procurement cost negotiation, analysis, planning, process cost control and mass production cost achievement;
6. Promote the localized procurement plan of overseas projects according to the annual goals of overseas projects to ensure that the goals are achieved;
7. Communicate and coordinate with the company''s overseas market, project, quality, and R&D departments to make procurement more efficient.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of supplier development experience in machinery and equipment related industries is preferred;
3. Proficient in negotiation and cost control skills, familiar with supplier development, evaluation, selection and management processes,
4. Fluent in spoken Chinese and English, overseas related high-quality supplier resources are preferred;
5. Familiar with the quality management system, overseas sourcing ability, overseas localized supplier development experience is preferred.
