We are seeking a:The selected individual, within the Mortgage and Loans Business Unit, will be responsible for financial monitoring of the area, identifying and anticipating issues and bottlenecks, and ensuring operational efficiency of the BU by supporting the business with data and analysis to improve service delivery.This is a strategic role closely collaborating with the business.ResponsibilitiesManage accounting operations, monitor costs, revenues, and margins;Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;Participate in defining budgets and financial forecasts, reporting variances based on market movements;Define and present Business Plans and Action Plans to the Unit in collaboration with the Head of Operations;Identify technical issues (internal processes and CRM);Recognize the impact of technical processes on operations and propose solutions;Support the closing process to achieve monthly and annual results;Previous experience managing the above activities;Experience in loans, mortgages, and financial services sectors;Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Suite;Planning and organizational skills;Strong results orientation and problem-solving attitude;Excellent communication skills.Benefits include:Meritocratic environment;Internal growth opportunities;Positive corporate culture attentive to employee well-being;Opportunity to work with a market leader;Solid, structured, and growing company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
