The HR Clerk is responsible for the collection and distribution of all Casino interoffice mail, as well as any incoming/outgoing USPS mail and outgoing UPS/FedEx. This position also handles mass mailings, which can include printing, folding, and stuffing of letters. This position is in charge of the daily maintenance of all files Personal, Medical, and Worker''s Compensation, and scanning of complete/partial files. This includes properly filing all incoming documents, regular audits to ensure all files are present, as well as a detailed audit which includes reviewing each file to ensure documents match the employee and are placed in its correct location of the file. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
