This involves leveraging an in-depth understanding of B2B strategic pricing principles, NPD processes, market maturity, and price positioning. The role is crucial for building a team of pricing experts, harmonizing processes, maximizing profitability, and ensuring optimal market positioning. Responsibilities include developing and refining pricing models, implementing best practices, and upgrading the skills of pricing resources across EMEA.This position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in commercial pricing, analytical skills, and team management to contribute to a global organization, working with colleagues worldwide and managing direct reports.MAIN DUTIESThe main responsibilities include:Leading EMEA pricing activities such as analyzing pricing outcomes, identifying leakages, implementing new pricing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize profitability.Managing pricing processes for adjustments, new solutions, and various pricing models.Disseminating information about pricing tools and reports, monitoring pricing opportunities, and supporting sales teams with tenders and negotiations.Leading and managing the quote profitability and pricing admin teams, collaborating with the Pricing CoE in Pune, and driving the adoption of analytics and dashboards.Collaborating with senior leadership to develop pricing indicators, monitor performance, and support strategic decisions.KEY CHALLENGES:Adapting to a changing environment while maintaining focus.Meeting tight deadlines and balancing workload.Ensuring consistent methodologies across functions.Balancing complex analytics with simplicity and team engagement.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.5-7 years of practical experience in a commercial/pricing/analytical role, including at least 4 years in industry and project management.Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, R.Strong communication, analytical, and database management skills.Ability to work within a matrix management structure, with influencing and negotiation skills.Leadership qualities, resource management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships.Excellent time management and results delivery skills.Deep understanding of finance parameters and commercial acumen.DESIRABLE ATTITUDESelf-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.Interest in revenue maximization, GTM, pricing, and sales.Methodical, analytical, and team-oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
