As a trainee operator, you'll be part of a fixed team and work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, youll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials both powders and liquids that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes; Operating and monitoring production equipment; Following strict quality and safety protocols; Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production.Working hours 5-shift schedule:Morning shift: 07:00 15:00Evening shift: 15:00 23:00Night shift: 23:00 07:0042, excluding shift bonus; ~30% shift bonus onall hours worked; ~ A contract directly through IFF upon good performance; ~You have a good command of the Dutch or English language (minimum level B1); Youre open to working in a 5-shift rotation; You have experienceas a production worker or (assistant) operator; Youre physically fit and can work independently as well as in a team.Over het bedrijfIFF is a global leader in the creation of fragrances and flavors.
