Job Purpose: Providing technicalsolutions and pre-sale services to ensure customer satisfaction anddrive sales. Key functions: - Provide product demonstrations andpresentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Bang& Olufsen products. - Conduct customer journey in the flagshipduring peak times or when sales staff are busy. - Deliverpersonalized top-class customer service by ensuring all equipmentis fully operational - Provide hands-on support to educate andassist end users in connecting and operating their devices. - Stayup-to-date on the latest product developments and industry trendsto effectively communicate technical information to customers. -Consult in depth all technical aspects of products and problemssolving. - Local testing coordination: Organize local testingactivities to validate the performance and effectiveness of B&Osolutions. - Ensure all the solutions displayed in the B&OMilan Flagship and La Rinascente solutions are working as intended.Fix any technical issues as they arise. - Act as the voice of thecustomer, gathering insights and feedback to help shape B&Osolutions and services. - Participate in customer meetings and sitevisits to assess technical needs and provide solutions. - Provideexcellent support to customers facing technical issues andcoordinate product repair if needed. Qualifications and skills: -Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, ServiceSpecialist, or in a similar role. - Strong understanding ofaudio-video technology and home automation systems. - Competencesand skills to provide top-class customer service. - Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to conveycomplex ideas clearly and coherently. - Ability to providepresentations and conduct customer journey in the flagship store. -Analytical mindset: proficiency in analyzing complex data, makinginformed. decisions, and implementing process improvements. -Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Language Proficiency: English and Italian, enabling effectivecommunication with our global team and customers.
