On the job training, experiential learning and formal training will be provided.C) Key RequirementsSolid administration skills (file management; typing; organising documents; preparing documents)Understanding of recruitment and HR processesA super attitude to delivery of work and customer serviceA person who likes a challenge and wants to progress and succeedD) Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise and coordinate PPS and AIB bank account appointments for arriving nursesOrganise and coordinate PAYE Certificates for arriving nursesMaintain the PPS, AIB and PAYE FoldersProvide all bank, PPS, NMBI and PAYE informationSearch, secure and oversee accommodation arrangements for arriving nursesGather all HIQA compliance documents for new startersOrganise and coordinate NMBI registration process for overseas nursesOrganise and coordinate work permits for overseas nursesProvide all compliance documents per client requirementsDocument manage all documents for certified and non-certified translationsOther duties as required from time to timeSome travel will be required within Ireland and the EU to support recruitment activity
