Business Development is the Sales & Talent pipeline driving our business. We achieve this by recruiting and inspiring high-potential talent, coaching them for sales excellence, and rewarding their success with significant career transformation opportunities both within and outside the world of Sales. Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision-makers through mapping, cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media tools for prospecting such as LinkedIn. In this role, you will navigate profile organizational structures and pursue both individual and team goals, analyzing data and using them to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Work with outbound (90%) and inbound leads (10%): identify, engage, and qualify prospects to generate new opportunities Develop a deep understanding of our product offering: build strong product knowledge and continuously learn from peers and colleagues. Collaborate with Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business. Track customer interactions accurately: manage & update communications with potential customers using our CRM system (Salesforce). Achieve and exceed your targets: Meet and exceed your sales quota, focusing on your core role and accelerating your professional growth. Who You Are:
6 months to 2 years of relevant working experience working for the French Market BA/BS degree in a related field OR proven experience in a similar environment Fluency in French and English Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.). High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo Ability to work autonomously, build projects and create value for your team Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude Passion for business, digital marketing and newest trends Knowledge of the advertising landscape and KPIs is a strong plus Experiences with MS, Salesforce and Outreach are preferable We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
