We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :) People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer (Java or Kotlin). Your duties will include: Take full ownership of delivering platform changesfrom planning to productionensuring high code quality and performance. Define and execute technical and product roadmaps aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. Design and scale platform architecture to support millions of users. Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code in Java or Kotlin. Integrate software solutions with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Collaborate with engineers across teams to implement scalable and reliable solutions. Mentor and support team members to foster a high-performing engineering culture. Independently deliver medium to large software components that meet production standards. Requirements that must be met: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with SaaS or platform products in Agile environments. Strong experience in Java or Kotlin programming. Hands-on experience with infrastructure management, containerization, and deployments. Background in developing distributed systems and microservices/microapps. Ability to independently manage and deliver software increments, including testing and performance monitoring. Familiarity with tracking and meeting Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Helm or Terraform. Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and networking. Very good English and Polish Experience in financial or banking sector is a plus Experience with blockchain technologies is a plus What we offer: We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
