An international tech-driven telco is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join its high-performing business in Amsterdam.
This is a rare chance to be at the heart of global expansion, advising across telecoms, platform regulation (DSA, DMA), GDPR, NIS2, and MVNO licensing - in a company thats scaling fast across 40+ jurisdictions.
Youll work closely with product, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders to guide the business through licensing, cross-border compliance, and the rollout of next-generation connectivity solutions.
The Opportunity
- Advise on EU telecoms regulation (EECC), roaming, spectrum, and licensing across multiple markets
- Lead on DSA, DMA, GDPR, and NIS2 compliance
- Manage license applications in expansion territories
- Partner with product and commercial teams on regulatory risk in new markets
- Coordinate responses to regulatory authorities and public consultations
- Track EU-level regulatory developments and translate them into actionable projects
What Were Looking For
- 48 PQE lawyer, qualified in the US, UK, or EU
- Background at a top-tier law firm, regulator, or in-house at a tech/telco
- Deep knowledge of EU telecoms digital regulation
