Are you passionate about education, coordination, and leading people? Swiss Exams is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Exam Operations as aTeam Leader for Exam Logistics.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team offour.
- Oversee the preparation and dispatch of materials forpaper-based Cambridge examsandGoethe exams.
- Ensure all exam materials are handled securely and according to internal and external quality standards.
- Oversee exam venues logistics and keeping our the venues up to high standards.
- Collaborate closely with other team leaders and departments to ensure seamless exam delivery.
Your Profile
- Preferably a Bachelor`s degree, or KV with experience, HF/FH.
- Fluent inEnglish AND German (CEFR level C1) is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to details, reules and exam regulations.
- Ideally experience in team leadership and/or coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
