We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
- Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation.
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
- Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment.
- Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
- Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow.
Key Requirements
- iGaming experience is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in C# / .NET software development.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor.
- Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design.
- Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment.
- Experience with Kafka, GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems (e.g., Redis).
- Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
