You will be part of a structured team, working directly with the IT Manager and Software Manager, supporting the development of digital solutions and managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on AI technologies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and coordination of digital projects (requirements gathering, planning, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication)Participate in digital innovation initiatives, particularly in AI (e.g., document and image analysis for after-sales, CRM automation, order entry)Provide functional support for company software such as MES, CRM, PDM/PLMMaintain and test custom software solutionsDraft and update technical documentationRequired Skills and QualificationsBackground in software development or related to the software development lifecycleExperience in project management and cross-functional collaborationKnowledge of AI solutions and interest in technological innovationCuriosity, dynamism, and adaptability to diverse software environmentsEnglish proficiency at least B1 levelPreferred QualificationsExperience in consulting or cross-role IT projectsKnowledge of CRM, MES, PDM/PLM software solutionsBasic skills in AI applied to industrial or commercial processesExperience with SQL queriesIdeal Candidate ProfileA curious personality with critical thinking and proactive attitude, eager to find the best solutions in the ever-evolving IT and AI sectors.Why Apply?Work on cross-functional projects impacting various business areas from sales to production, with real business impact.
