You are the right fit if you can manage teams and projects, respond effectively to clients, journalists, and colleagues, support your team in achieving goals, and believe in teamwork.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate your team in ongoing activities and special projects, monitoring resources, deadlines, and budgets.Manage client relationships, including daily communications and organizing review meetings.Provide strategic advice and suggest opportunities to clients and your team.Conduct Media Relations with journalists, sector bloggers, and KOLs.Create press releases, media alerts, biographies, boilerplates, and other media content.Organize and coordinate media interviews and press briefings.Plan and organize press tours or events.Identify news, sources, and trends for client positioning.Support New Business activities with proposals and ideas.Prepare reports and analyses for clients and Account Directors as needed.RequirementsAt least 5-6 years of experience in traditional and digital PR.Experience in Corp Comms is highly preferred.Attention to detail.Excellent writing skills in Italian and optionally in English.Proficiency in social media for networking.Creative and strategic thinking.Ability to create and deliver presentations.Interest in media and current affairs.Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.What We OfferOffice in the city center with amenities and company Mac.Internal training programs.Two days off annually for volunteering and your birthday celebration.Health insurance for well-being.Weekly online yoga and boxing classes.Opportunities to work abroad in our 26 offices worldwide (COVID permitting).Additional InformationPermanent contract after an initial trial period.Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 in-office, flexible scheduling.TEAM LEWIS is committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion, fostering an inclusive work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
