Your mission
As Controller, you will:
Ensure the accuracy of financial records (PL, Balance Sheet)
Analyze performance and highlight areas for improvement
Contribute to financial reporting, margin analysis, and forecasting
Help implement Group financial procedures locally
Collaborate on capex tracking and cash flow forecasting
Support budgeting at both local and Group level
What were looking for
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
34 years of experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in multinational environments
Solid knowledge of business analysis and financial reporting
Fluent in English and Norwegian
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Team player with great communication skills
Willing to relocate to Norway after an initial period in Milan
