Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Packaging Design Intern to join KIKO MILANOs Global Creative Services Department, supporting the Packaging Design Manager and the Global Head of Creative Services.

The intern will support the creation, presentation and execution of all packaging-related creative activities for make-up and skin care products and collections. Activities will span from assisting in concept presentations to the execution of primary and secondary packaging designs.

In particular, you will:

Support the visualization of creative concepts and designs for primary and secondary packaging;
Assist in creating original designs for products and collections, ensuring compliance with target, quality and production requirements;
Help ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and style guide;
Support in preparing concept presentations for packaging design reviews with marketing teams;
Collaborate in the adaptation and finalization of design files together with graphic designers and packaging artworkers, ensuring accuracy for production.

What you will need to succeed

Degree or ongoing studies in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat);

Interest in printing processes, paper and paperboard materials, decoration techniques, and inks;

Strong eye for colour application and combinations;
Interest or basic knowledge in primary packaging production processes is a plus;
Knowledge of Rhinoceros or 3D modelling software is a plus;
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
