Traditional perfumes incur most of their costs manufacturing disposable packaging rather than prioritizing high-quality ingredients and sustainable materials. In the high-end perfume market, only 1% of the retail price typically goes to ingredients. As innovative manufacturer, we challenge conventional norms. What Youll Do:
As a Business & Operations Intern , youll get hands-on experience across multiple areas of our growing business:
- Administration : Support day-to-day operations, internal and external communications.
- Data Analysis : Gather and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
- Business Development : Assist in expanding our brand presence and building relationships with partners.
- Operations : Work closely with manufacturing partners, help set up processes, instruct manufacturing staff, and assist in manufacturing.
- Logistics : Input orders into logistics systems and manage orders.
- Sales Channels : Contribute to improving and expanding our sales channels, both online and offline.
- Planning & Organization : Help create calendars and schedules.
What Were Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter eager to learn and contribute.
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree at one of the top universities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fast, practical, and able to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, remote setting.
- Flexible to work24-40 hours per week .
- Starting date: beginning of June .
