This role requires an analytical mindset,communication skills, and a passion for smart, streamlinedprocedures that automate and simplify processes. MAINACTIVITIES&RESPONSIBILITIES - supporting KPI management,governance and process adherence, - communication withstakeholders, - continuous improvement efforts - teamcollaboration. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor''s degree in InformationTechnology or a related field is preferred. - Experience within aservice desk environment or in a comparable analytical role. - ITILcertification is preferred. - Comprehensive knowledge of ITworkplace environments. - Good verbal and written communicationskills in Italian and English.
