Your Responsibilities | Compliance Law Firm AML/CFT - Regulatory

• You will be responsible for advising lawyers on clients and ongoing matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You will ensure that company policies are always aligned with new regulations and kept up to date.
• You may be asked to organize and lead training sessions for the team, particularly on AML/CFT and other compliance matters.
• You will ensure that AML policies are properly enforced and that both lawyers and clients are fully aware of the consequences of non-compliance.
• You will conduct client due diligence and manage risk assessments.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Law Firm AML/CFT - Regulatory

• You have at least 5 years of experience in AML/CFT, preferably within a law firm or a regulated financial institution.
• You are fluent in French and English, allowing you to interact effectively with both colleagues and clients. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
• A strong understanding of Luxembourg regulations and compliance frameworks is highly valuable for this role.
• You have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
