Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Company:Eurosearch Consultants, a leading Italian company specializing in Executive Search services, is conducting a search for a client company.Responsibilities:Implement and oversee the company''s budgeting and controlling systems, including periodic reporting.Prepare the statutory financial statements and coordinate all accounting and tax aspects.Implement internal control systems for risk assessment and management.Manage relationships with banks, financial companies, and insurance institutions.Develop and maintain the company''s information systems strategy and implementation.Ensure proper management of corporate and sector compliance procedures.Initiate the development of internal ESG reporting processes, implement accurate annual ESG data reporting, and develop a compliance model (231).Requirements:Degree in technical-economic subjects.Fluent knowledge of the English language.At least 5 years of experience as CFO or Financial Controller.Previous experience in M&A, private equity-backed companies, or auditing firms.Knowledge of Waste Management / Environmental Services sector.Location:Brescia, ItalyAdditional Information:Eurosearch Consultants guarantees maximum confidentiality.
