The Sr. Manager EHS, Deliver, Office & Road Safety will lead a team across a specified geography and multiple business functions to optimize EHS resource deployment aligned with strategic goals. The role is a regional authority in EMEA, focusing on injury prevention related to delivery operations, driving, warehouse, field, and office activities, including environmental issues. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including country and company leaders, EMEA EHS team, office leaders, engineering, facilities, supply chain, R&D, and external providers, to develop and implement strategies that promote employee health and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage approximately 5 EHS professionals supporting 20+ offices and 30 delivery sites. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with regional partners to implement safety strategies and initiatives. Create and execute strategic plans aligned with EHS standards and regulatory requirements, aiming to reduce crashes and severe injuries or fatalities. Manage regional safety budgets and monitor performance through audits. Lead environmental sustainability initiatives. Participate in industry benchmarking and knowledge sharing activities. Drive strategic improvements based on business priorities. Partner with procurement and occupational health to ensure safety and well-being programs are effectively deployed. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in EHS, EPS, or Operations. Technical skills related to office safety are critical. Experience in supplier/vendor management, data analysis, and operations. Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
