Introduction
We are looking for a Hotel Manager 100% (a) starting July 1, 2025 or by mutual agreement.
The Holiday Inn Express Geneva features 154 rooms and was built in a contemporary, modern style, offering excellent value for money. Each of the comfortable and modern guest rooms is equipped with a shower and toilet, business corner, modem connection, and television with pay-TV.
This fully air-conditioned hotel is located near the airport and just a few minutes from Palexpo, ICC, WTC, IATA, and the Arena. A free shuttle service to and from the airport is available for guests. In addition to the 154 rooms, a business corner, the Great Room for breakfast, as well as a bar and lounge.

Your tasks and responsabilities:
We''re looking for a Hotel Manager with a background in Sales Marketing. Your main tasks will be implementing a Sales Marketing Strategy to improve revenue and market share. The main focus will not be in the operations of the hotel, but the strategy for the positioning in the market.
- Strategic and operational marketing: Develop and implement local sales strategies in cooperation with IHG partners.
- Revenue and cost management: Plan, implement, and monitor budgets; analyze and optimize key performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, cost structure). Maintain close collaboration with the fiduciary office.
- Overall responsibility for operations: Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality hotel operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle service, and breakfast.
- Team leadership and development: Recruit, support, and motivate a team of approximately 35 employees; lead by example and foster an open, team-oriented leadership culture.
- Guest satisfaction: Take responsibility for continuously improving the guest experience through high service quality, personal presence, and active guest engagement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the owners regarding operational developments.
- Quality assurance: Oversee compliance with IHG and internal standards, hygiene regulations, and safety requirements; develop and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Hotel representation: Build and maintain relationships with business partners, local authorities, and industry associations; actively network within the region.
- Project management: Lead renovation, digitalization, or optimization projects that support the hotel''s long-term development.

Completed Swiss Hotel Management School education

Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
