- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Deep expertise in test methodologies and tools, including automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing, and modern testing tools
- Hands-on technical experience with a proficiency in Java, back-end test automation frameworks, and integrating these into continuous deployment pipelines
- Specialist knowledge in performance and security testing with experience in software performance testing, automated security testing techniques, and associated tooling
- Proven ability leading and guiding Quality Engineers to define and achieve goals
- Agile team collaboration with experience in delivering and testing distributed microservices as part of an agile development team
It would be great if you also had
- Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration
- Experience in Event Driven Architecture
