Who we are looking for We are looking for apassionate talent in manufacturing, AI, and data analysis who wantsto contribute to the development of predictive maintenancesolutions for our clients. The resource will be the first member ofa team dedicated to remote machine insight generation, aiming totransform operational data into useful insights for proactive andpredictive maintenance. Responsibilities - Develop predictivemaintenance services using AI platforms and data analysisalgorithms. - Configure and evaluate predictive maintenanceplatforms available on the market. - Create custom applications forprocessing data collected from machines. - Analyze machineoperating data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potentialfailures. - Evaluate and suggest the integration of new sensors toimprove monitoring and data collection. - Define best practices forservice teams in proactive machine management. - Design and developcustomer-facing reports for maintenance alerts and early warnings.- Evaluate the benefits and ROI of implementing proactivemaintenance. - Collaborate with customers to understand their needsand develop data-driven proactive maintenance services. Workclosely with the engineering, IT, and technical support teams toimplement and improve remote monitoring services. Requirements -Bachelor''s degree or Masters degree in Mechatronics, Automation,Production Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields.An interdisciplinary background such as Mechanical Engineering +Data Science is ideal. - Knowledge of programming languages andtools for data analysis and AI: preferably Python, R, MATLAB, SQL.- Understanding of production processes, industrial maintenance,and IoT architectures and sensors. - Ability to interpret data frommachinery and propose predictive maintenance solutions. -Experience with machine learning tools and predictive analyticsapplied to manufacturing. - English language proficiency. - Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communicationskills. - Team-oriented and able to interact with clients andcolleagues from different departments and nationalities. HardSkills - Programming languages for AI and data analysis (Python, R,MATLAB, SQL). - Knowledge of machine learning algorithms applied topredictive maintenance. - Process data modeling and analysis inindustrial settings. - Configuration and use of AI platforms forpredictive maintenance. - Knowledge of industrial sensor systemsand IoT protocols. - Advanced reporting and dashboard creation. -ROI analysis for the implementation of predictive maintenancesolutions. Nice to have - Knowledge of French. - Master Degree inthe above described disciplines - 2+ years of experience.
