Help us with your knowledge and skills to make the Swiss healthcare system fit for the future. Your core tasks include:

• Business and process analysis/modeling and requirements engineering in complex business and IT environments (e.g., KIS, specialized applications, etc.)
• Advising clients on digital transformation initiatives
• Acting as a bridge between departments and IT
• Preparing, moderating, and analyzing workshops and assessments at client sites
• Collaborating across stakeholders and project managers
• Coaching client teams
• Contributing to consulting and solution proposals
• Incorporating modern business models and approaches
• Supporting presales activities, including client acquisition and lead generation

HOW YOU CAN SUCCEED

• Educational background: Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar qualification
• Relevant experience in healthcare IT: At least five years in IT projects, ideally focusing on the Swiss healthcare system
• Methodological knowledge: Familiarity with UML, BPMN, Scrum, Prince2, PMI
• Technological understanding: Knowledge of relevant healthcare IT technologies and current topics like cloud computing or robotics
• Standards knowledge: Familiarity with technical and clinical standards in healthcare and clinical information systems (KIS)
• Certifications: Ideally, relevant certifications such as IIBA, IREB, OCEB, or being prepared to obtain certifications like IPMA Level C, PMP, or Hermes Advanced
• Communication skills: Strong communication abilities and the talent to inspire others
• Language skills: Excellent German and good English proficiency
