Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company''s core operations, ensuring systems, teams, and processes are optimized for growth.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to improve workflows, productivity, and service delivery.
- Directly manage key strategic projects, including platform development, market rollouts, and operational enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain a high-performance team, recruiting key talent and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Establish clear operational goals, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the board and CEO to translate strategic visions into actionable plans and ensure alignment on priorities and execute its strategy
- Drive the development of infrastructure and systems to support market expansion and future growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all operational regions, embedding best practices into day-to-day activities.
- Maintain a customer-first approach by enhancing service offerings and identifying opportunities to meet emerging market needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with significant operational oversight, such as COO, Operations Director, or Managing Director.
- Proven success in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and delivering results in fast-growing companies, ideally in digital health, IT, e-commerce, or similar industries.
- Experience in working in small organisations, scale up, start-up and its exit strategy
- Strong hands-on experience in driving digitalisation, automize processes and systems
- Expertise in managing complex projects and optimizing operational improvements.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in international markets is an advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Healthtec or a related field; an MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
- Pragmatic and hands-on leader with a strong focus on execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
