As a Sales Engineer, you play a key role in some of the most exciting AV/IT projects from new-build superyachts to massive refits and long-term service contracts. Youre part of something big, working in a tech-driven, globally connected environment.
What will you actually be doing?
- Translating client dreams (sometimes very complex ones) into technical specs that are clear, practical, and budgeted
- Helping shape proposals and cost calculations for high-end international projects
- Working closely with our engineering, sales management, logistics, and service teams
- Spotting technical and commercial risks and offering smart alternatives
- Being part of tenders, client pitches, and high-stakes decision-making
- Ensuring everything is crystal clear in our CRM and proposal systems
Where will this role take you?
Youll work from our HQ in Weesp (greater Amsterdam) but be part of international project teams. You might join expos, or contribute to global refits. Youll also collaborate with shipyards and tech specialists around the world.
Your bring on board:
- Youve got a technical background ( medior )(mbo4/hbo) in Engineering, AV/IT, or similar;
- You are detail oriented and organized;
- You''re excited by AV/IT systems and the world of superyachts and high-end tech
- Youre not afraid of complex calculations or tight deadlines you stay focused and accurate;
- Enjoy working in a team, but arent afraid to take initiative;
- You communicate clearly and confidently (in both Dutch and English);
- Youre collaborative, proactive and confident in taking responsibility.
What we offer you:
- A gross salary between 118 and 5.760 when working 40 hours a week - based on your current experience;
- A company laptop and iPhone;
- A travel allowance of 0.23 per km (travelling from home to work);
- 25 vacation days per year;
