Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency underthe Samsung Group, is looking for a Senior Project ManagerFreelance to join our Experiential Team in our Milan offices. MainRoles & Responsibilities: - Create and manage project plans;monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedulesand plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensureproject success; - Manage day-to-day execution of projectimplementations; - Manage the team on field; - Assist with theplanning, tracking, documentation and status updates for theproject; - Exercise solid project leadership skills combined withstrong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills; - Facilitaterequirements gathering and assist with the creation of projectdeliverables, as needed; - Provide strong responding to incomingagency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstratingefficiency and reliability; - Ensure the complete diligence ofadministrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timingplans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc.). Desiredskills: - Proven experience in sport events/olympics managementwill be considered a plus; - Must have from 3 to 5 years ofexperience in roles in multinational corporation or agency asProject Manager; - Demonstrated project leadership skills, withdirect responsibility for managing project teams, budget andschedule; - Must have strong MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint &Excel skills; Attitude & Attributes: - Excellent communicatorboth verbal and written (in English as well); - Ability to workeffectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-orientedenvironment; - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively underpressure; - Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks underpressure, maintaining strong attention to detail; - Great teamplayer.
