You are one of the key drivers within the organization to ensure health and safety requirements are embedded in our processes in the Netherlands. Identify and lead implementation to ensure compliance with local Occupational Health and Safety legislation requirements.
Conduct Health and Safety audits to ensure compliance to our processes, SOPs and control measures are put in place to eliminate or mitigate identified risks.
Set objectives and targets for Health and Safety performance improvement.
Manage Health and Safety related training programs nationally, incl. the compilation of a training needs analysis and matrix, content development/ translations, calendar management and participation tracking.
Ensure Health and Safety incidents are reported and investigated and provide guidance and support to ensure Corrective and Preventive Measures are identified and allocated to relevant stakeholders to prevent incidents recurrence.
Ensure timely accurate reporting of Health and Safety incidents to relevant authorities.
Ensure annual Health and Safety KPIs are met and identify improvement opportunities
Occupational Health and Safety and an Environmental Certification
Fluency English and Dutch is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau platforms is considered a strong advantage.
