We are a team of engineers and designers, but above all passionate cyclists. As customer service specialist, you are the point of contact for our company. It is your responsibility to keep our service level high. As customer service specialist you will be responsible for the following activities: Provide customer service via email, phone and chat. Assist sales with processing sales orders, handling lead times and building customer relations. Maintain close contact with our internal supply chain team and keep control over smooth deliveries towards B2B B2C customers. Manage and coordinate service requests from our customers. Minimum of 3 year experience in a customer service roll Advanced experience in the use of ERP and CRM software, Outlook and Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English Dutch. The Scope office is situated in the creative city center of Eindhoven (Strijp-S). At Scope we offer free lunch and best coffee in town. On Fridays as per four a clock we open a beer and in the summer the Wednesday evenings are blocked for an evening ride and a drink afterwards.
