Your Opportunity: As an experienced Business Consultant for ORXG you are responsible for delivering high-quality strategic advice to our clients to help them achieve and exceed their business objectives. In addition to project delivery, you will actively contribute to business development by identifying and securing new project opportunities. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will lead projects focused on strategy or organizational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on data and technology. Through facilitating workshops and crafting a shared ambition, you'll set the course for achieving complex business goals. Your understanding of trends and your ability to apply data-driven actions will drive successful transformations, ensuring sustainable growth and impact for our clients. What you will do: Leading (strategic) projects for clients, from the diagnosis phase to the implementation of solutions. Conducting in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify trends and capitalize on strategic opportunities. Developing new value propositions and business models to strengthen clients' competitive positions and drive growth. Advising clients on complex strategic issues and providing insights that support decision-making. Monitor and measure the impact of operational initiatives and recommend adjustments. Analyze client operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Design and implement solutions that streamline processes and enhance agility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives by aligning people, processes, and technology. Proactively identify client needs and contribute to business development by shaping and selling new projects related to innovation, data, operational excellence and strategy. What you already have: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or a similar role. Proven experience in leading strategic projects and delivering tangible results for clients. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex problems and formulate effective solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to present strategic insights clearly to clients and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in working with technology and data, applying this knowledge to create engaging strategies. Proven ability to identify and drive new business opportunities from a strategic perspective. Engage in pitching, winning projects, and presenting autonomously at senior levels. Ability to effectively manage and mentor team members on projects, fostering their professional development and growth. Fluency in Dutch is a MUST!
