Social network you want to login/join with:Take your next career step with a global market leading team that is taking the industry by storm to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definition and continuous refinement of HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning.Responsibilities:Define and implement business (including sustainability) strategy, both long-term and annual plans, proactively challenging the status quo and offering alternative scenarios.Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.Identify inorganic growth opportunities and support active management of the business portfolio; lead potential inorganic projects when identified.Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the HVAC technology market position.Propose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division.Ensure that the competitive and market landscapes are understood by relevant stakeholders.Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Support and foster cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.Who we are looking for:Preferably hold a degree in a relevant field of study.Experience in the HVAC business sector.Proven experience advising and leading stakeholders across OEMs and end-users.Experience in business management or consulting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards shared goals.Our client offers an international and dynamic working environment where advanced technology is delivered in large projects worldwide within a customer-oriented and highly globalized industry.Note: Not all job details are advertised due to client confidentiality.
