You will support and drive in-country process for service contract renewals, warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, ProCare Customer Experience, Marketing and Finance to drive profitable growth, ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction, and align local operations with global best practices.This individual contributor role requires sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to work independently, applying both analytical skills and customer-centric thinking.Your role :Support selling ProCare contracts to new and existing customers to achieve the year budget on contractsProactively seek out opportunities in coordination with the Sales and ProCare teams.Ensure timely renewal of contracts.Manage existing installed base to improve the contract coveragePrepare and present sales proposals in partnership with Sales TeamCoordinate with the ProCare Customer Experience team to ensure accurate billing.Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.Provide training and support to internal and external customers on ProCare services offeringAttend customer meetings independently or jointly with sales, as needed, to provide expert understanding of products and services providedWork in partnership with local Finance and Tenders team on pricing for financed deals (Flex, Rentals, Consignment) and Public Tenders.Your profileBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. A Masters degree is considered a plus. Minimum 12 years of experience in a pricing, contracts, sales operations, commercial analytics, or business development role preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or B2B services industry.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Proficiency in at least one CRM or ERP system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).Professional Experience and success working with people from multiple cultures and backgroundsFluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for regional collaboration.Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
