Rental Agent Functieomschrijving - Create rentalagreements for our departing customers with a sales focused mindset- Provide top customer service in a fast moving environment - Keepfull business administration at all times completely up to date andaccording to standards, including invoicing - Provide correct andadequate information to our customers in regard to potentialquestions they might have concerning their rental - Closeagreements at the return of the guests - Create damage reports whena damage occurred to the vehicle at return - Trouble shoot ad-hocrequest form customer or your superiors - Keep a continuouscommunication line between the different departments throughout theentire company - Respond to both telephonic and emailcorrespondences - Report directly to the branch manager Profiel - Abachelor degree mindset or equal to experience - A first experiencein customer service is a big plus - A new colleague who is eager tostart & learn and ready to further develop his / her career -Being in the possession of a permanent driving licence type B -Proficient in English with an addition of French and Dutch (minimum1 of the two last ones is mandatory) Aanbod - A fixed term contractat start up with the intention of transiting this into a permanentlabour agreement after the first 6 months - Pay according to barscale - Meal- and eco vouchers - Top of the class hospitalizationinsurance - 6 extra vacation days - Monthly team lunch and severalcompany celebrations - A continuous trajectory in learning anddevelopment - A stable employer in a world classenvironment
