Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Amsterdam, NLD
Job Type: Full-time contract, Until June 2026
Responsibilities:
Build 1:1 relationships with hundreds of existing and onboarding drivers
Take them on an in-person, personalised journey around what switching to an EV might mean in their specific circumstances.
Present & talk through in-person slides on EV fundamentals, how charging works, types of electric vehicles available, and showcase Clients incentives and external special offers available such as discounts on charging and vehicles
Provide follow-up support and further consultation via phone and messaging, answering driver''s questions while they consider what options might suit them the best
Present GoElectric seminars and webinars to groups of 10-20 driver community explaining the benefits of switching to an electric vehicle & conduct Q&A
Facilitate on-site test drives for Client drivers in an electric vehicle
Work with our 3rd party Vehicle Solutions partners representatives on-site to introduce Client drivers where appropriate
Required:
Fluent in Dutch and English
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Experience; 2 years previous experience in a sales or account management role - experience with Electric Vehicles or Charging is nice to have, but not essential
Highly self-motivated: excited to come in every day and make great things happen
Empathetic & understanding: handling objections in a considerate way
Solutions orientated: able to take drivers concerns and work out solutions that specifically address their personal circumstances & requirements
Customer-focused: you love spending time with drivers and recognise they are a highly important part of our business
People person: able to collaborate effectively with Operations team members and other core support Experts in the Greenlight Hub, working together to help drivers into EVs
