Your Future - Manage and maintain the ISO9001:2015Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internationalstandards and company policies. - Ensure adherence to pressureequipment regulations (PED Reg 2014/68/EU) and ASME standards andmanage quality requirements for ship and offshore testing (e.g.,DNV, RINA, LLOYD''S REGISTER). - Conduct regular audits to monitorthe quality of products and processes, ensuring compliance with allregulatory and customer requirements. - Oversee the calibration andmaintenance of quality control instrumentation. - Act as the mainpoint of contact for external auditors, certification bodies, andcustomers. - Analyze and manage internal, supplier, and customernon-conformities, proposing corrective actions where necessary. -Define and implement control plans for incoming and outgoingproducts and develop operational procedures. - Collaborate with thepurchasing and technical departments to ensure compliance withquality standards throughout the supply chain. - Prepare and updatequality documentation, continuously improving procedures andadapting them to evolving standards. - Lead the development andimplementation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) andWelding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR), ensuring up-to-daterecords for all welders. - Monitor and ensure compliance withenvironmental regulations, including waste management and AUA. YourPotential - Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field(engineering, manufacturing, etc.). - Proven experience as aProcess Quality Manager in an engineering or manufacturing company.- Extensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015, quality assuranceprinciples, and environmental management practices. - Familiaritywith welding processes and non-conformity management methodologies- desirable. - Experience in managing relationships withcertification bodies and external auditors. - Strong organizationalskills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficient inEnglish, both written and spoken. - Highly motivated andresults-driven, with a strong attention to detail. - Excellentproblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuousimprovement. - Team player with strong communication skills and theability to work effectively with cross-functionalteams.
